'Fading glory' - looked as if it had been a good hotel but isn't anymore.
Not a very good breakfast though the fruit was p;entiful. Long delays- it took nearly an hour on the first day

It was a very bad trip.
Location
There was no water available all day, which prevented us from showering.No one ever came to fix it and it wasn't fixed until 10pm.

Overpriced with abandoned post-apocalyptic vibes!
Clean and comfortable bed, lovely view of the pool.
Very tired, in need of a face lift and some TLC. Was extremely overpriced. I stayed in the beautiful 4* boutique hotel Heaven in Kigali for much less! The hotel had post-apocalyptic vibes! I was the only guest when I arrived, it's a large hotel, which felt like it had been abandoned many years ago, was tired, quiet, echoey corridors and quite souless, which is a shame as it has potential. The staff were pleasant but kept asking for my number and stared at me as if I was the first guest they'd seen in years (which may have been true!), felt quite uncomfortable and eager to leave. I was the only one at breakfast, in a dim, empty room, with tables that looked like they'd been laid years ago in another era! I wouldn't have been surprised to see Miss Havisham sitting in a rocking chair in the corner! Although quite sparce, the room was clean although no mosquito net and had buzzing little blighters around my head all night! Bathroom was fine but tired and bare. Wouldn't stay again unless it was a lot lower in price.
